What Do You Like Best?

Prezi is one of the software that differentiates our company from the rest when working in the oil business of our country. Powerpoint has always been the standard but it is every day changing that fact, the content created with it feels completely fresh and dynamic, the presentations are not presented and presented in such a different way to what is accustomed

What Do You Dislike?

With the great potential that it has, it seems to me that only two difficulties can be seen. The first has nothing to do with the software because if the person makes a very dynamic presentation with too many distractors, it will be the viewer’s attention and the other is that It has been something that does not detract from its potential

What Are Your Problems? What Benefits Have You Realized?

If we really want to print our clients or convince them of our idea, the best way to do it is to use this application. since we use this software for our presentations we have noticed the satisfaction of our bosses and clients. The scope of this simple application is invaluable.

Pros:

Sharp Spring provides me and my clients with several advantages over its competition (like Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Infusionsoft). First of all, you can not beat their licensing value. Each license comes with unlimited users. This alone beats all the competition. Secondly, they have integrated an awesome CRM (missing in all the other marketing automation tools) so you do not have to go out and buy licenses for that. Lastly, it is a COMPLETE marketing automation system with true behavioral marketing capabilities.

Cons:

At first, I had a hard time understanding how they do automation. I was used to using a drag and drop “visualization” interface to build drip campaigns. I also had a bit of a hard time getting used to their nomenclature. The way that automation processes are set up in Sharp Spring is through two things… Tasks (which I was used to calling triggers) and Workflow (which I was used to calling task automation). You can see how it was confusing for me. Well, I learned it, it was not that hard, and I actually see now how it is a way superior way to program automation then using visual aids that would be cumbersome to try to set up and manage in large scale automation projects.

Overall:

Overall I give this tool 5 stars, A’s all across, two thumbs up, a wink and a smile. As I mentioned, I have been using the tool now for 4 years and have quite a bit of experience using their competitors and so-called “market leaders”. I love Sharp Spring it does everything, at a value you can hardly compare.

Recommendations to other buyers: Get it… if you need marketing automation and CRM you can not beat this software at its price.

Review: PCmag

Zoho Social aims for the small to midsized business (SMB) customer’s social media management and analytics needs. The software not only has a nice price for this customer segment, starting at $10 per month for the Standard Plan; it’s also got a solid feature set that adds easy integration with the rest of the Zoho business app ecosystem, most of which is also SMB-focused.

While its broader social listening capabilities and depth of reporting data can’t match the global enterprise scale of Editors’ Choices Synthesio and Sysomos, Zoho might do a better job at helping a typical SMB with publishing and app integration, too.

Review: Capterra

Pros:

Simple, easy, and designed for the work I do. Not as an online salesman like all the others. I manage 5 different small businesses in social media. what I need is not to be able to spam people with unless sh** but to craft valuable engaging content and deliver it to hard-earned audiences. Love the builder, love the client collaboration, love the calendar, love the library. and most of all I love the way they are constantly developing and innovating, that for me is infinitely more important than any specific feature.

Cons:

It’s new and run by what feels like a very small team. This isn’t a blockbuster summer movie but a tiny little cult classic. Loved deeply by some but not enough. The design is a little rough, the functionality a little finicky. I heard that initially it was designed by a husband for his wife.

Overall:

I have 3 clients who all use the tool to approve messaging and collaborate with me managing there entire online presence. It works really, really well. What else is there to know.

Pros:

Easy to use. Just set up your after purchase email text and select when the email gets triggered and Yotpo does all the rest.

Cons:

I wish there was a way for the store owner to comment on customers’ answers to questions. Sometimes there are more relevant issues that can be addressed by the store owner, but you can only comment on the original question asked.

Overall:

We’ve had great feedback since using Yotpo! It’s nice to hear honest reviews of or products, site, and services. Even the not-so-good reviews help us figure out how we can up our game.
