Facebook Rolls Out New Marketing Tools For Pages

Facebook has added several powerful features that simplify managing and sponsoring Page posts. These features are:

  • Scheduled Page Posts
  • Unpublished Page Posts
  • Page Admin Permissions

Now, with Scheduled Page Posts you can create a page post and schedule it to be published at a future time that is between 10 minutes and 6 months from the time the post is created. And, Unpublished Page Posts enables you to create Page posts  that don’t show on your Page’s timeline. This feature allows for posts that can be promoted as sponsored Page posts, but they don’t show up on the Page’s timeline. Such promoted page posts appear only on the right hand side column, and not on the news feed.

The third and final feature Facebook has rolled out is Page Admin Permissions for third-party applications. Many Page admins use third party tools for Page content creation, moderation, engagement, or ad creation.
Now you don’t need to give a third-party monitoring or management app more permissions than it needs to do what you want it to do.

We can easily say that  Facebook is  improving constantly to retain its lead as the social platform of choice for businesses looking to market themselves.
