Cons: Some say it’s hard to get started with, I personally didn’t have this problem because I’ve been using it for a while and features were added one by one from my perspective so that was a smooth transition.

Great, but there’s always room for improvement.

Pros: What I like most about Sprout Social is how easy it is to schedule all of our social posts and how I’m able to flip back and forth between “companies.”

Cons: I’m not sure I have anything I like least, but what I find annoying is how when I go to track my stats, all of the bigger numbers are shortened to 34.6K. I’d prefer to see the whole number like this: 34,589. Super minor, but something I’d prefer.

Overall: This software saves me time from flipping back and forth between platforms which gets tedious.

Pros: Everything is so clear and easy to find. The charts are so nicely produced they can practically just be exported straight into a client report.

Cons: There can be a LOT of data, and sometimes whats on the dashboard is just a taster, so you have to deep dive. Similarly, sometimes the specific reports don’t have what is on the dashboard so you can do a lot of back-and-forth. Also, there are some data sets for which I would love an exact number, but it reports as a ‘per 1000 users’

Pros: Send Social Media is a real time saver. It allows marketers to post to multiple services at one time. You can then track every single message you send across every service you have posted to.

If you receive any responses, Send Social Media displays them in your Message Box. You won’t have to comb through several different social media sites to find and reply to messages.

It has everything you need to manage a variety of social channels

Pros: Falcon gives us an excellent overview of the activities of our social networks, allowing us to manage the publication, customer service and listening in one place.

We can also monitor the work and activities through the reporting section. We are saving a lot of time across our market teams, especially in terms of time spent publishing content across all our channels.

Also, scheduling postings on every platform (except Instagram) is very comfortable.

Cons: I understand that Instagram is a fairly new tool for all services, but I want our content to be easier to post.

I would like to be able to do everything on Falcon.io and should not enter Instagram for publication, because I feel that it adds an unnecessary step.

There is a wealth of royalty-free photos and images as well as paid options, which helps me to budget accordingly. I love having everything all in one place!

Cons: Nothing that I can think of at this time. MavSocial really helped me not only learn how to manage social media, but how to also make it work for my business.

Overall: The ability to organize, schedule, and publish all of my content with the push of a button. MavSocial also has a dashboard showing social analytics so I can easily see what is working and what isn’t.
