Startups Should Focus More To Deliver Highest Quality Than Product Differentiation

How is your product different from the existing players in the market?
It’s the most obvious question you face as a startup wherever and  whenever you go to showcase your MVP.
Definitely a pain area explaining to them. It is and will always be….

To us, differentiation is not in the product or offering itself; rather, differentiation in the ways we serve our community or customer base. Understanding needs of the community, engaging with them, identifying their pain areas and addressing them, is what “differentiation” to us. Having constant conversations and engagements with the community, help us learn what is working and what is not, and adapt on the fly.

Ultimately, differentiation is found in what you do for your customers each and every day.

So, we feel instead of focusing on any type of product differentiation, it is better to serve your audience with highest quality service and reasonably quality product.
