10 Best Android Backup Apps And Other Ways To Backup Android!
As much as we try hard it is difficult to imagine a life without our smartphones. We spend an important part of our using the smartphone and a large amount of our data is stored there.
However, there is always the fear of the data getting lost due to some or the other issues. To avoid that it is recommended that we keep the data backed up at all times. For Android phones, there are multiple apps which can help you do so and here we have brought together a list of the same.
Using these apps you can restore the data into a safer position. In case the data is breached you can still hope of getting it back since you have already protected it. Apart from that, you can also heave a sigh of relief as hackers won’t get access to your important details.
1. Autosync
This app lets you automatically synchronize files and folders with Microsoft OneDrive cloud storage and with your other devices. It is an ideal tool for photo sync, photo upload, music download, document and file backup, automatic file transfer, automatic file sharing between devices,
New files in your cloud account are automatically downloaded onto your device. New files in your device are uploaded. If you delete a file on one side, it will be deleted on the other side. It works across multiple devices (your phone and your tablet). If their folders are synced with the same cloud account, they will be kept in sync with each other. This is how OneDrive works on desktop but it is not the same with the official Android app that only works manually and has no synchronization capability.

Allows you to designate folders in Windows to monitor, and when files are modified, added, or deleted, the changes are reflected on a remote FTP site. Great for Web developers. You no longer have to worry about whether you uploaded that file or not, if it’s in your local development directory, it is in your remote one too. I am looking for features you would like added, as well as bugs in the current version.

I use I-cloud to back up my Apple mobile devices. Within my mobile devices, I run and use an Outlook via from 1 of 2 Microsoft Accounts. In addition, I have office 365 Business Premium and use Exchange for Microsoft using the same Outlook app. All my email accounts have its own contact list, that all backs up to I-Cloud. This causes contacts to have multiple contacts show up. This App merges mutable contacts to create 1 completed contact. So a contact that repeated with it just having a phone number, email, location address all combine into one complete contact. So far it works great, I’m using the Free Version to get a better understanding of the setting and what other things this app will do before upgrading to the paid Version.

Google Photos is the only photo app that we consider a necessity for any mobile device. If you’ve ever lost all your media files when your phone died or was misplaced, you’ll understand why. While it only has minimal editing tools, Google Photos organizes your photos and videos, offers easy sharing and — most importantly — automatically backs up your entire image library to the cloud. From there, it seamlessly syncs to all your devices where the app is installed. That includes Apple phones, laptops, tablets and desktop computers; Windows computers, and all Android devices.
7. Migrate

Pros: There was great flexibility in the work, it was challenging and dynamic and there is so much opportunity to take new responsibility and prove yourself
Cons: toxic work environment, human employees are treated as if no different than a piece of equipment, bad overall morale. The pay was often late without warning or explanation to employees. Overall, day to day operations was very disorganized as well.
8. Resilio Sync
Sync lets you transfer files directly from device to device. Share photos, videos, docs without storage limits: our technology works especially well with huge files.
Create your own private cloud. Connect devices and sync files securely between your Mac, PC, NAS, and even server. Use Sync on your mobile to access the files you keep on your home computer or work laptop.
Sync encrypts all files during transfer and never stores any of your information on third-party servers. This means your data is protected against identity theft or attacks.

Pros: That even if the main hub/server goes offline Resilio will intelligently find where the information is stored on client computers and turn those computers into hosts automatically.
Cons: The pricing structure. Having to buy bundles of licenses, rather than being able to buy one at a time.
Overall: We had used the built-in Synology cloud sync, but that was starting to get overwhelmed with the size of folders that we wanted to sync. Resilio has no problem with the size and will intelligently find the fastest route to send large files. Either via Lan or Wan. Because of how well Resilio functions, we were able to move away from FTP access and Synology cloud sync and start using Resilio for everything.
9. Super Backup Pro
If your phone has inbuilt storage, the default backup location will probably be the internal storage card and not the external. This is because the phone reports the storage that way. If you intend to do a factory reset on the phone, please make sure default backup folder is in your external SD card before doing it. If not, please copy the entire backup folder (“SmsContactsBackup” by default)to your external SD card
