I’m asked to delete old backup sets but do not see or know how to access this data. You would think the app would display them? I use their chat and the person on the other end is unable to help other than escalate the matter to people that want to remote into your machine. How absurd is that for a security firm who’s intent is to provide security for its customers? Please fix your app to work on iPhone or don’t provide the service.
