Thanks to the internet the world has become a pretty small place to live in. Every news is flashed on the website seconds after the same actually happens in the real.
So much so that most of us love to stay in the loop and hence watch videos, read news and share opinions to do so.
Chrome cast from Google is an interesting concept which allows you to use your android device to watch videos, movies, photos and play games.
In this case, your mobile phone acts as a remote control and navigates you to an out of the world experience. If you have content on your web browser that you would want to see you can do using this technique.
To help make things intriguing for you there are multiple apps provided by Google. Here we share with you 10 best Chrome cast apps that you must download if you want to enjoy this facility to the maximum.
These apps have been selected from a wide range available and if you are in any doubt you can trust this list without any double thoughts.

In the beginning, Netflix delivered movies on discs mailed to your house. It is streaming service only came later, as a niche offering. It’s hard now to imagine life without immediate access to Netflix’s library of on-demand TV shows and movies. True, its collection of content changes like the weather, but Netflix offers a reliably solid core catalog—including critically acclaimed original programming—for a reasonable monthly price. For those reasons, Netflix is an Editors’ Choice for video streaming services. If you want access to live broadcast TV channels, however, Hulu and Sling TV are excellent alternatives.
2. Google Photos
The official Google Photos app is made for the way you take photos today and includes essential features like shared albums, automatic creations, and an advanced editing suite. You won’t have to worry about storage either as you can choose to automatically back up all your photos and videos for free in high quality. You can then access them from any connected device and on photos.google.com.
Google Photos is the home for all your photos and videos, searchable and organized by the people, places, and things that matter.
Visual Search: Your photos are now searchable by the people, places, and things that appear in your photos. Looking for that fish taco you ate in Hawaii? Just search “Hawaii” or “food” to find it even if it doesn’t have a description. Note: Face grouping is not available in all countries.
3. HBO Go & HBO Now
With HBO GO you can watch big premieres as they air—plus every episode of HBO’s addictive series such as Game of Thrones, Westworld, and My Brilliant Friend and so much more.
In addition to getting new movies every week, you also get news, comedy specials, smart talk shows, thought-provoking documentaries, and the special events everyone’s talking about.
You can watch HBO GO on your favorite screen—phone, tablet, computer, connected TV or gaming device.
The most successful on-demand video streaming services focus on building libraries of quality content. To appeal to wide audiences, these catalogs should include both past classics and compelling original programming. HBO Now, HBO’s on-demand streaming service, features premium on-air originals and an extensive on-demand collection of well-regarded shows and movies. Additionally, HBO Now performs well in our testing and offers an ad-free experience. That said, HBO Now is pricier than its competitors and does not offer HDR or 4K content, nor does it let you download shows for offline viewing. Much like HBO for regular cable, HBO Now works best as an add-on to another service. When it comes to standalone options, we recommend Editors’ Choice Netflix for its larger content library, and Editors’ Choices Hulu and Sling TV, for their live TV components.
Only Hulu gives you access to the largest streaming library to watch thousands of shows and movies, exclusive Originals, past seasons, current episodes, and more on your favorite devices. You can even add Live TV for sports, news, and Can’t-miss events. Hulu our ad-supported plan gives you access to the largest streaming library. Stream over 85,000 episodes of the shows you love or haven’t yet discovered. Find classic hits like Seinfeld and the golden girls. Watch today’s most popular shows like this is us and the good doctor. Get exclusive originals from emmy® winner the handmaid’s talk to the Stephen King-inspired castle rock, or the hit marvel’s runaways.
This streaming service, which backs in the stone age used to be free, has two subscription packages to choose from. The more expensive plan is still cheaper than HBO NOW and is advertised as the “commercial-free” option, though if you read the fine print you’ll see some titles still have advertisements at the beginning and end.
Signing up requires your gender and birthday, which the site says is used to personalize your content. Once you’re signed up you can purchase add-ons to get content from Showtime, Cinemax or HBO.
Spotify is now free on mobile and tablet. Listen to the right music and podcasts, wherever you are. With Spotify, you have access to a world of music and podcasts. You can listen to artists and albums, or create your own playlist of your favorite songs. Want to discover new music? Choose a ready-made playlist that suits your mood or get personalized recommendations.
Spotify also offers thousands of Podcasts, including originals that you can’t find anywhere else.
The highly competitive streaming music space gains and loses services every few years, but one thing remains the same: Spotify is one of the best music services around. Despite serious competition from everyone from the pioneering Pandora to a newish kid on the block Deezer, Spotify is still a top player in this crowded category. Spotify lacks the informative DJs and news and weather updates found in the co-Editors’ Choice award-winning Slacker Radio, but it makes up for those shortcomings with video content, digital comics, podcasts, and other offerings. It’s an excellent music streaming service that delivers the goods.
Listen to 1,500+ live radio stations playing the best in pop, rock, country, hip hop, R&B, news, comedy and more. Stream new or past episodes of your favorite podcasts and talk shows or catch up with your favorite breakfast hosts with podcasts from ZM, Newstalk ZB, and more – all for free.
Unrivaled Internet Radio
Listen to the AM and FM radio stations like Australia’s KIIS 1065, The Edge, 2GB and New Zealand’s ZM, Newstalk ZB, The Hits, Radio Hauraki, Flava, Radio Sport, Coast.
Stream millions of songs from thousands of artists, all commercial-free.
Listen to on-demand episodes and podcasts from the best in News, Sports, Finance, Comedy, and Entertainment.
iHeartRadio is an old favorite of mine that lets you stream radio from over 1,500 live radio stations or create custom stations based on a song or artist. The app pulls from over 18 million songs and 400,000 artists. The best thing about iHeartRadio, though, is that your custom stations are completely ad-free.
iHeartRadio is just one of the hundreds of streaming audio apps that include favorites like Pandora, Slacker Radio, and TuneIn Radio, but with a new player redesign, recommended stations, and stations based on your current mood, it continues to be one of the best available.
7. Pocket Casts
Pocket Casts is the world’s most powerful podcast platform, an app by listeners, for listeners. Our podcast player provides next-level listening, search and discovery tools. Find your next obsession with our hand-curated podcast recommendations for easy discovery, and seamlessly enjoy your favorite shows without the hassle of subscribing.
Podcast apps are one category where I feel it’s worth spending a few dollars to get the right app rather than using a free one that may not live up to your expectations. Not all of the best Android apps are free, after all. Pocket Cast ($3.99) is the best podcast app for Android, and its one-time price is quite reasonable. It has excellent features and rich options in a good interface and lets you sync your listening experience across multiple devices. Pocket Casts is PCMag’s Editors’ Choice for Android podcast catchers and players.
LocalCast is the number one casting solution on Android with over 10,000,000 users! Send videos, music or pictures

Works with drive video, scrubbing is broken
5 stars for being the first app I can find to cast Google Drive video. However it’s not perfect: video scrubbing doesn’t work at all, and I usually have to restart the app after each video. Still worth it IMO

YouTube Premium, formerly YouTube Red, is the video-sharing platform’s answer to cord-cutters. However, the selection of original content is limited and the focus of this subscription is the elimination of commercials from the YouTube videos you watch. We reviewed the premium streaming option, but there is also YouTubeTV available if you’re interested in live TV and sports. It’s much more expensive, but you can have six accounts per household and cloud DVR with no storage limits.

Originally starting as a set-top box manufacturer, Vudu was acquired by Walmart in 2010 and has become a great place to rent movies and tv shows. This streaming tv service is available on many devices because of its numerous apps. Vudu works best as a supplement to other streaming sources, and it’s particularly useful if you’re looking to catch up on your favorite television show that you missed the night before.
