Cisco: Social Media Case Study

In our series on social media case studies, WITS Zen takes up Cisco, the networking company, which has used social media smartly to maintain its worldwide presence.As early as 2008,  Cisco was well along in its social media evolution.  However, during the launch of a new router, using social media the company shaved six figures off its launch expenses and set a new precedent for future product launches. The successful social media campaign by Cisco makes it a good proposition for case study.
