UI path really helped me to understand the concept of RPA without any technical skill. In TCS I have developed so many projects on this platform for and every time it gives me very satisfactory results. It is very much user-friendly and flexible enough for a non-technical end user. I can manage my language school easily with this product. I manage students, monthly payments, invoices, book sales, receipts, taxes, debts, etc.

Pros

I love how easy it is to create a database which is customised to your own needs. Also, it is great to be able to modify, add or remove any feature you want in just a few clicks. It’s really easy to do so without being it savvy.

Cons

The only thing I could mention is that there are still functions which I’d like it to have. For example, it would be great to be able to send attached pdf documents over email (as in click a button and have the document attached to an email which is ready to be sent). Hope they add this in the future.

After experimenting away with ahk and autoit, and since I’m not in the habit of picking up new scripting languages every other day, I searched for a more user-friendly alternative. I found winautomation and downloaded the trial version, which is a very fully functional 30-day limit demo and installs quite seamlessly. At first glimpse, I was a bit swamped with the range of utilities that automate all tasks you can think of and then some, displayed in the initial window. The learning curve, however, is not too steep and the suite of applications also contains a very smart macro recorder and its web automation counterpart for web scraping which are both very straight-forward in their use. I started automating right away some very dull tasks like typing my website in forms again and again or the maintenance backup and archiving I do every night on my external hdd and the more I get the hang of things , I’m pretty certain the more complex tasks I will think of outsourcing to my pc 🙂 finally, a special mention and shout out needs to go to the customer support team, who answered within minutes both my forum question at http://www.Winautomation.Com/community and my chat request, and all of that without me even having bought a license, so kudos to the guys (and gals of course)

What do you like best?
We use repsly for managing the daily sales activities for our distribution business. We capture pictures in real time and post it so other sales team can see it right away

What do you dislike?
Reporting and exporting to excel to easily maneuver and shows efficiency in timing for all merchandisers or sales team. There is still much room to improve in this area but it is getting better and better every time.

We are in the distribution business and having repsly has helped us to identify what the issues a customer can have at the moment so it can be solved in the short time by posting the pictures with real time.

Pros

The flexibility of the actions Foxtrot can make against disparate systems is amazing. It does take some thought and trial/error to get things working just right, but in the end you can make Foxtrot almost as smart as a person sitting in front of the machine. The more routine the task, the better, but complex interactions are also possible.

Cons

The biggest drawback is that Foxtrot still doesn’t work against browsers other than Internet Explorer. And browser interactions against sites that use some frameworks on top of html are troublesome to impossible. This does limit some of the potential for automation, but it’s more of an exception in most cases.

Cons: Short learning curve. It took us about three days off and on to figure it out because we used it on an Intuit Approved Commercial Host for our QuickBooks For Contractor clients.

Overall: Saved us a lot of time in reconciling bank and credit card statements. Fairly easy to train new staff.

Pros

We use Fluix to fill out safe reports and inspection forms. Very happy with its capabilities, especially about data capture and analysis. The app is very easy to use, and I had positive feedback from many techs who previous couldn’t even think about using any kind of software. Their customer support is stunning, and we managed to transfer all of our processes into electronic form within a month.

Cons

Fluix is currently available on iOS. There is a web app, but it’s more for office use rather than for Android tablets which we initially leaning towards. The app has off-line mode, so techs can fill out all the forms in remote locations, but syncing all of them to the system still needs Internet, especially if many pictures are attached.

Pros: A stable company, many employees who have more than a decade Old employees are still in touch with company and ready to help if required to due to the good environment they got from the company. Company is not believing in firing until somebody is not willing to perform. A lot more things to learn. Healthy environment, New technologies are always welcome if somebody shows interest in it.

Cons: A small size company as it’s product base company. Most of the clients are Indian.

MPS IntelliVector (IDE 1 and IDE 2) for more than 4 years now for processing a wide variety of banking forms. I would highlight the flexibility of the solution (especially how easy it is to add new form templates compared to the previously used solution), and the micro tasking (snippeting) approach to data entry which significantly reduced the time spent on data keying and the overall amount data validation required, without any negative effects on the data accuracy.

I would recommend MPS IntelliVector to anyone looking for an enterprise grade solution for processing paper-based forms or documents, safe in the knowledge that it can be customized extensively to suit any more complex future requirements and that the MPS team is always fast and helpful when it comes to support or customization.
