The main problem DocuSign has solved for us is being able to cut back on staff saving us money and being able to offer it as an option within SalesForce to get documents, that would have taken days to sign and scanned, done in a matter of minutes.

Pros: DocuSign has been a major solution for our platform, namely SalesForce. The integration is great and allows our clients the ability to instantly sign documents and allows our agents to close cases in a timely manner. Prior to DocuSign it was tedious to scan, print, send etc. and our backlog has required a team of members working just on documents and signatures alone. With DocuSign, one agent can handle the task of saving a small fortune in employment. There’s no special training needed to use it, and we can send it within SalesForce and be done. Awesome platform and I was glad to see I could review this product.

Cons: If there is a negative to be had it is usually with the clients figuring how to use it. Our agents always give a brief overview to ensure signing is quick and easy and it works. I really don’t have a negative, it been a great add on for us.

Pros: The paperless ease of use is perfect for running an online business. Has cut out so many pointless emails and follow up emails. A very handy and professional service. I use daily.

Cons: Would be great if I had a reminder feature to let me know which clients have not returned their signed documents. I know there is an option to set reminders for them but on my end, it would be great to get a prompt after a week or so.

Overall: The time saved from when I used to send and receive emails and attachments has made using this software invaluable to my business. Having clients confirm their opt-ins, legal docs, etc has brought all “paper admin” into a digital portal

What do you like best?
This is a great way for a business to be able to collect the necessary paperwork, especially when you have employees or contractors that are working remotely.

What do you dislike?
Trying to sign my name with the mouse is tough! But it works, and it gives you a retry option, so you can practice a couple and get it right.

Pros: EsignLive has designed software that is both easy to manage and easy for end users to navigate. The overall stability of the EsignLive product is a huge value add as we know that any errors that do occur are most likely caused by a user error or an error with our internal processes. the customer support has been great and any bugs that we report get immediate attention.

Cons: The way that we use EsignLive, we log directly into the user interface using mobile devices. currently, the display on the mobile device isn’t the best as is does not display the page nicely and creates a lot of scrolling back and forth to read the complete document. The radio buttons are also hard to read on the mobile display.

What do you like best?
I have worked for the company for 5 years, 1st 2 years we did manual signing of T&Cs and reg forms. Since we moved over to using legal e sign, its been sound. Well happy with it – as we get so many more back and makes life so much easier for me to do my job at work.

What do you dislike?
Great system, we are delighted with it. It is really hard to think of any changes we would want to make as its been really use. It is very hard to think of any changes.

we get the T&Cs back and I get less hassle from my boss to chase them, its good all round. I am happy, the clients are happy to do it on line and my boss is not on my back.

Pros: I love this software! It is very easy to use both on the preparation side and on the signer’s side. It is an easy and convenient way to get documents signed and provides a record for your files of the date and time that the document is completed. Documents can be sent to multiple individuals at a time. Signers can simply open up the document on any device and sign with their finger, then return the document.

Cons: We are on a limited use plan which allows for a certain number of documents each month. The document storage needs to be cleaned out from time to time but still indicates more documents in there than I can see.

What do you like best?
We were looking for an added tool to send out our proposals and prevent them from falling into the “Valley of Death!!!” The tracking is awesome, it’s easy to use, and our clients are loving it. I love the video feature you can add before sending a proposal. It makes our emails stand out for sure!

What do you dislike?
Nothing right now, support has been great as we’ve had questions along the way but it’s been pretty easy. I’m still getting to know some of the customization side of things but we haven’t needed to do much customizing to use it. I hate ordering new software that takes weeks to get up and running. This product is NOT like that!!! Up and running in seconds.

Proposals don’t fall of the radar anymore, it automates so many small tasks we forget or don’t want to do, it keeps deals moving!!
