Fantastic as long as you are OK with some problems with CRM. I was introduced to this software at my first SaaS job, and wish I had been introduced to this at the beginning of my career.
I love knowing when a prospect is opening my emails and forwarding it within an organization. It also allows me the opportunity to reignite cold conversations.

Booking and scheduling of meetings with prospects and customers become automated in ToutApp. It has an integrated calendaring feature that aims to decrease the number of failed conversions due to the time-consuming method of exchanging back and forth emails just to schedule the right date for a meeting.

4. Cirrus Insight

What do you like best?
I use the upload feature the most – like uploading emails to SalesForce accounts from my gmail. It works well, including being able to upload attachments with the email. I also really like the email tracking feature, it’s great to tell if people have opened your email.
What do you dislike?
I’ve been having issues with authentication. At least once a day I get asked to reauthenticate my account, and it’s a pain. I also get logged out of Cirrus pretty regularly and have to either re-load my gmail or uninstall and reinstall the extension in Chrome. This is a wast of time and frustrating.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I work for the legal department of a company and we use Cirrus to track emails and cases in SalesForce. Without being able to upload emails to SalesForce, we would lose a lot of information in gmail. It makes it easier to keep case emails with their respective accounts/cases in SalesForce.

Pros: CM is easy to work with and seamlessly integrates with MS Outlook. It gives me instant notification to clients opening emails and reports of activity.
Cons: While easy to install, the product is sometimes difficult to update. I’ve found that it tends to be a little confusing. In the several years, I’ve used the product, the few times I’ve had to update have been “challenging” and have had to ask for assistance.
Overall: Email effectiveness and follow up with clients.

What do you like best?
I like how easy Mailchimp is to navigate! I am easily able to edit and change classroom newsletters each week. It is helpful that Mailchimp does not force me to redo my campaign email each week. It also was easy to set it up with parent emails so that it would email the newsletter internally.
What do you dislike?
I do not like it is sometimes difficult to be highly customized in the layout of emails. It seems like the interface works for beginners goals, but more complex designs are just not possible with the dropdown type menu of ways to construct your email.
