Google Launches Business Group For SMEs In India

Google has launched Google Business Groups (GBGs) in India for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to connect, learn and get inspired on how Google products and web technologies can improve efficiency, productivity and impact overall success of their business.

Google is looking for you:

With GBG, a community led program represented by local groups (GBG chapters), you have the opportunity to meet meet interesting people in your community, learn together how to use web technologies for your business and unleash new ideas through inspiring speakers and conversations.

Google India isĀ  currently looking for new community organizers (aka GBG Managers) to start 30 chapters in the cities including Hyderabad, Cochin, Chandigarh, Delhi, Mysore, Hubli and Dharwad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Madhurai, Coimbatore, Agra, Mangalore, Patna, Kochi, Ludhiana, Surat, Bhopal, Kanpur, Nagpur, Pune, Jaipur, Indore, Nashik, Vadodara, Bhubhaneshwar, Vishakapatnam.

Recently, Google has partnered with NASSCOM to build 10,000 startups program that aims at fostering entrepreneurship through virtual learning, workshops/ seminars and increased access to mentorship through formal and informal channels.
