Pros: I like that it hosts literally everything you need tool wise to help you execute your marketing strategy. Having blogging and social sharing platforms in one place has been extremely easy to use. They truly set you up for success by having tons of resources, checklists, etc. available so that you know how to market and connect with your audience.
Cons: Specifically for the software, I do not understand the Design Manager. This directly affects your marketing because if you are editing a template so that it is unique for the campaign you are working on you have to use the design manager. I think it is confusing to anyone who does not understand coding. The old design manager made way more sense to me. Looking at HubSpot as a product it is not convenient that their tier metric is contacted and the annual payment is inconvenient. As a HubSpot partner, we sell this to customers and lose a bunch of them because the annual price or we lose customers from going to Pro rather than basic because the contact metric will screw them over and they will wind up paying more.
Overall: I have access to all the major marketing tools and all the education I need to make sure I understand the market and how to better connect with my audience. HubSpot is a great tool that helps businesses reach their goals and grow by growing their online presence.

What do you like best?
Having landing pages, sequences, contact database, and campaign mapping all under one roof (oh I forgot shopping carts and forms too!) means I don’t have to go and pay 3 or 4 MORE subscription fees but more importantly learn 3 or 4 more bits of software. Time is money and learning 1 product makes/saves me both.
What do you dislike?
It takes a while to learn some of the advanced features but hey they are advanced features. I wouldn’t expect an F1 race car to be easy either.

The support community is the best in the world as far as I can see. This alone makes me happy to remain a customer.

Drip campaign for the most works, UI was a little clunky to begin with but recent update has made it a little easier on the eye.
Cons: Drip email logic can be slightly confusing.
Overall: Great product with multiple sales tools all rolled into one. Would recommend to any sales and marketing team and pricing is very competitive.

Pros: Autopilot is a marketers dream tool. You can create a ‘journey’ for almost any task, from sending out an email newsletter to creating an advanced nurture journey based on segmentation, rules, lead owners, default and custom fields, website actions and much, much more. If you use tools such as Salesforce and Segment then you can get even more out of the tool with less work, but I personally don’t use either and I still get a huge ROI on the product. They also just updated the email building tool which was a very welcome update.
Cons: It would be great if the tool worked with other CRM’s than just Salesforce. Some of the actions and triggers, particularly when it comes to API triggers are quite limited so some improvements with that would be great. The price can get quite high with large numbers of contacts and the business plan selected (A/B testing, API triggers and more). I would also like to see an end-user subscription management feature added so that I can fully move away from other email tools (i.e. MailChimp) whilst being compliant with the likes of GDPR.

Compared to last summer, it’s a lot easier to use once the changes were made. It’s much more like Convert Kit, so it’s a lot easier to use. If anything, my only complaint is in order to get help answer question, I had to upgrade to $49/mo without even having an e-mail list yet. My hope is they continue making Drip easier. I am not sure if I will officially stay with Drip, but I like a lot of what it offers compared to Convert Kit.

I found the onboarding and training incredibly valuable. I had weekly 1:1 sessions with a coach who helped me set up campaigns specifically to do what I needed, and then attended two days of training as well. I feel confident in using Infusionsoft and I’m aware that it can do a lot more – I just need to find the time now!
What do you dislike?
Nothing really, though it can be a little difficult to find your way around at first.

I wouldn’t hesitate. It’s definitely a case of you get what you pay for and for us, the onboarding was worthwhile as we do actually use the system!

Pros: the active campaign is incredible email marketing software that allows you to build powerful automation and logic into any campaign. You can assign tags based on behaviors in emails, on your website or when filling out forms. It also provides many integrations.
Cons: the email builder is nice, but it fails at providing a way to create simple letter-style emails with multiple images inserted inside the text (ie text flowing around left or right aligned images). To insert an image in an email, you need to add a text block, then an image-block, and then another text-block. It doesn’t work like a typical WYSIWYG HTML editor like WordPress.

We have been using Real Magnet for 6+ years for all our Association emails that we send out to members and we have had a great experience. The deliverability is great. They are constantly improving the product and offering new services to make our lives easier and if there is ever an issue or a change we need to have made, they are responsive.
We do not use the automated features and links to our AMS, but the upload tool is easy to keep lists up to date for all our email needs. Having attended one of their conferences, I can say they are a great team of people that put a lot into the product and are excited about things down the pipeline. I would recommend using Real Magnet for your business/association.
