Pros: I was introduced to the SendX tool through ProductHunt. I signed up for the demo instantly. Got amazing support from the community manager. They helped me setup the tool. Setting up drip campaigns is extremely easy and it is extremely easy to import/export contacts and setup campaigns. I can tell that this is easily among the best of all similar tools available in the market.
Cons: The team behind Sendx has done a great job at building such an amazing platform. A few minor bugs at times is the only disappointment we have been through. But, the team is extremely proactive at resolving those when reported.

I also like the automation rules because they allow you to use logic statements to apply actions to your contacts.

Act-On marketing automation software helps sales and marketing teams increase and convert leads faster and more efficiently.
Review: PCmag
See how the PGA used Act-On to get a 70% conversion rate and break ticket sale records. Act-On is a trusted partner to our customers, helping them achieve success. Although there are plenty of companies in the marketing automation software space, Act-On (which begins at $900 per month for the Professional plan) stands out for offering a strong tool that contains a variety of features.
It falls just a bit below Editors’ Choice tools HubSpot and Pardot, but Act-On is in the running for best marketing automation suite for companies looking to connect email operations to other lines of business, including customer relationship management (CRM), search marketing, and social media marketing.
Act-On doesn’t reach the top of the pack for marketing automation software due to some limitations. However, if your company is flexible in considering various options and has an ample budget, then you should definitely test-drive Act-On before deciding on a marketing automation software to purchase.
